Premise can kill your writer's block (and other news)

April was quiet from us. Intentionally. We were heads down on product, and the first wave of changes went live this week. Here's what changed, why it matters, and what's coming.

Premise Now Brings You Content Ideas Every Morning

Most B2B leaders know they should be creating content, but don't know what to write about today.

That's the gap we closed with this product. When you log into Premise, you'll see a fresh set of content suggestions pulled from your industry's news. Pick a topic and a format. You're done. No blank page, regret or doom scrolling for inspiration.

This is our first true agentic feature, meaning Premise isn't just responding to what you ask it anymore. It's showing up with ideas before you ask. That's a meaningful shift in what the product can do, and it's only the beginning of what we're building in that direction.

The Engine Got an Upgrade

We've spent the last six months running ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude side by side. They all have sweet spots. As of this week, most of Premise runs on Anthropic's Claude, and we're set up to swap models the moment a better one ships.

What that means for you: the writing is noticeably sharper. Outputs are tighter, more on-brand, and more useful out of the gate. It also sets us up to ship improvements faster, including more agentic capabilities across the product.

Better model means better output and less cleanup on your end.

A Self-Serve Version of Premise Is Coming

Premise is currently only available to Prologue clients. That's about to change.

Full transparency: our original onboarding was bad. We had no onboarding, honestly, and user testing confirmed what we already suspected. The early plan was to lean on agencies to build brand guidelines for their clients inside Premise. It was a wrong turn. Agency teams are slammed and had no appetite for that workflow.

So we rebuilt onboarding from scratch. It's becoming our first fully agentic product experience, and it's close.

We're currently looking for 2-3 brands to test it before we open wider access. If any of these fit your situation, let us know if you'd like to demo the product.

  • Agencies creating high volumes of content for multiple clients.
  • Leaders running a portfolio of companies through a shared in-house content team.
  • Companies that have invested in branding but haven't been able to scale the story consistently.

What the Rest of Prologue Has Been Up To

While the product team was building, our strategy team wasn't standing still. A few recent engagements worth noting, coming from team members Phil, Kellie and Erin (intros to them coming soon):

  • We're deep into a podcast audit and building storytelling collateral for a PE-backed storage company
  • We just wrapped a full narrative audit for a national industrial services company
  • We're in the rollout phase of new messaging for a scaling restaurant tech brand
  • We're doing product consulting for a marketplace company in the motorsports industry.

Each of those represents a different kind of narrative fracture or challenge. Different industries, different growth stages, same core problem: the story isn't keeping up with the business. It's what we do—and love.
